Sports and Fitness
Physical training, games and athletics can help promote a healthy spirit of competition. The school provides facilities for a variety of sports, which can be enjoyed by students and staff alike such as Football, Cricket, Volleyball, Badminton, and Tennis. The students are given the opportunity to take the lead in their own learning and development. This allows them to be creative and innovative thinkers, and to develop their own skills and abilities. They are also able to learn from their mistakes, and grow as individuals. Inter-school athletic and sports meets help the students in developing teamwork skills, problem solving, and communication.
At the early and primary years, children learn the fundamental skills through a structured curriculum which includes gross motor skills, body management skills, and space awareness skills, manipulative and non-manipulative skills.
School Store
The school provides needy things from the school itself. There is a store attached to the school so that students and staff can purchase books, record books & other stationary items. The students and teachers can avail this facility for their personal purposes inside the school. Nominal charge is applicable to the things. To keep store alive there are two staff in each stores. There is also two computers inside the store. Scanning, photocopying, taking print-out can be done from this Store. Students can directly mail the stuffs to the store and take printout there.
Creative Studio
Creativity is the key in shaping up the persona of our children. Researchers have increasingly revealed the need of art and creativity in learning programmes. The school develops a full-fledged studio station for the children. The art gallery to sharpen the artistic ability of the students is the spotlight. The station will give ample freedom for the children to involve themselves in colour and lines and dreams under the careful supervision of the experts. The studio will facilitate for the display and exhibition of the creative works of the students at any time.
Cultural Activities
The purpose of cultural events at all levels is to discover talents. Every pupil gains the self-assurance to be on the stage. They gain initiative, ingenuity, and organisational abilities via the process
Artificial Intelligence Lab
The school has well-furnished AI lab which focuses on Internet of things, robotics, 3D printing The Artificial Intelligence lab explores new ways of solving research problems applying advanced AI techniques using machine learning, deep learning natural language processing, and genetic algorithms. In collaboration with Edapt we are working in diversified areas such as, robotics, AI based haptic gloves, combining image processing methods for enhancing MRI images, and many more.
The students can travel to the new arenas of AI technologies experiencing themselves at their own courtyard.

Integrated Madrassa System
The school provides well organized Madrassa education under Samastha Kerala Islam Matha Vidhyabhyasa Board along with temporal education. We have 17 dedicated Mua'llims to teach the Madrassa subjects working as the mentors and under their leadership and exceptional coaching the student have secured remarkable achievements in previous Samastha public examinations.
Canteen
On all working days, the school arranges the meals to both its staff and pupils. Healthy and hygienic food served in schools is a fundamental aspect of the institution. The food is prepared in a well-equipped kitchen within the school that is spotless. We cook breakfast, lunch, afternoon snacks, supper, and evening snacks. While Breakfast and dinner are meant for the hostellers, the rest is for all.
Cafeteria
A cafeteria function in the campus for food items and drinks , such as sodas, water service and students can take the food that they desire as they walk along, placing it on a tray during the intervals and lunchtime.
Moral Lab
To bolster the moral studies and prepare our students to learn for both worlds, we are dedicated to provide qualitative and value based education. Our custom-made Islamic practical aids designed exclusively for high school and higher secondary students for learning other than Madrassa Education is meant for Islamic practices training. There will be separate classes for boys and girls in appropriate academic Subjects. Seminars, symposiums, debates, discussions, campaigns, etc. will be organized in different topics with the practical session to imbibe the concept in the hearts of the students. The digital learning of the holy Quran is implemented by this way. The services of distinguished and specially trained scholars from various institutions will also be used to give a comprehensive and broad view of Islam. Focusing special mentoring to the needy and establishing a daily self-assessment on religious practices, and more are other goals of the lab. Students are correctly channelled to showcase high levels of moralities and to exhibit right code of conduct.
Skill Development Programme
The school provides guidance and counselling to students as part of the regular school curriculum. It comprises a variety of group activities intended to recover student attitudes and values. The school pay attention to individual students to help them address specific educational, personal and career issues.
During their school years, children need to learn valuable life lessons, build self-esteem, improve social and emotional skills, develop empathy, and cultivate an appreciation for Good content and media.
Turf
The students at Malabar School enjoy a spectacular turf, apart from the ground, constructed inside the campus to give students a greater choice of sports, in order to engage more children in physical activity providing the right sports facilities at premium from primary level.
Artificial turfs have been adding value to primary and secondary for the students for 4 years.
Campus Masjid
The beautiful masjid hall in the campus has been built in the courtyard of the school and it is used for daily prayers, Friday prayer and as a learning centre of Holy Quran and Islamic culture and it safeguards the moral and devotional aspirations of students and teachers.
Reading Corner
Children's meaningful engagement with reading can be initiated and strengthened by providing them with opportunities to read books according to their age, context and interests. It should offer a space that is inviting and engaging into a world of interesting pictures, stories, books and other reading material. The reading corner named readers hub in the campus gives platform where they can support and facilitate children to make meaning while reading during their leisure time and intervals.
This corner belongs to children apart from library and is a part of their classrooms where books are easily accessible to them.
Children have the complete freedom of choosing books for themselves and reading from a range of attractively displayed books.
It provides opportunities for children to read independently as well as engage in group reading activities.
The reading corner is the collective responsibility of teacher and children. Children should be given responsibility of maintaining the books in the reading corner and its usage.
As children develop interest and engage with literature they will be encouraged to visit the school library also.
After School Support Program
Teachers supplement the students with extra classes and remedial sessions and provide help with the lessons to further strengthen academic concepts after the regular class timing. A detailed tracking system is followed and analysed to understand where children need help. Weekly meetings to discuss child-wise academic & behavioural issues. Remedial sessions and one-on-one sessions are conducted as appropriate.
